ABOUT THE WALKERS
Tyler Walker is married to the lovely Katie Walker. They were married in Holy Matrimony July 29, 2006. While Jesus is the center of his life, Katie is 2nd top best in the life of Tyler Walker. He loves her deeply, and is pleased to know she stands beside him in ministry. Elder Walker thanks God for having a woman like Katie Walker in his life. Elder Walker was born in Pensacola Sept. 27, 1983, and was raised in the Apostolic Faith Church of Brooklyn, NY & Pensacola, Fla. In Pensacola his mother served as choir director, and his father was an assistant minister. Elder Walker has always kept the Pentecostal lifestyle a standard for himself. He has never given in to smoking, drinking, or other natures of sin as others his age, nor has he ever had the desire to do so. Even before he was saved he knew how a christian should act before God and the world, his mother was a praying mother who brought him up in the ways he should go, according to the Word of God. After giving his life to Christ in 1997, he began serving as church musician. This is when he realized he had a special talent from God. Since then he has moved on to play in many various churches around the city, and other states. While attending Central Chapel of Pensacola, under the leadership of then Pastor Nail, this is where he realized God could use him in the prophetic. Although not naming himself a prophet, He knows that when the spirit is high, God can, has, and will use him for His service. In 2006 Elder Walker finally accepted the God ordained call to ministry. Jesus has been the joy of his life, and the strength of his life. For if it had not been for the Lord, he knows he would be just like a lost ship tossing in the waves. But because God is on His side, he is anchored down holding on to God's unchanging hand.
Pentecostal Evangelistic Outreach was started by Elder Walker with the help of Pastor Nail & Central Chapel. It lasted a period of 8 months. In October of 2007 Elder Walker began to feel that a change was coming. The goal was to share Pentecost with the area of South Santa Rosa, and to let the move of God from Central Chapel be experienced by a new area. The evangelistic services in Navarre were great services, but it was time for it to come to an end. It was time to move on to the next place God has in store for Elder & Mrs. Walker. Their will is to do God's will and not that of their own. Elder Walker along with his wife for support is starting off into the evangelism field, traveling around to where God would have for him to go, and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Elder Walker's goal is to eventually pastor a church, and keep it alive with the freshness of Pentecost, and that it will be a church that feels like church, and a place where souls will be saved, sanctified and filled. Elder Walker can't stand dry bones, but loves to be among tongue talking fire breathers.
With all thanks unto God, Elder Walker has been used of God to give prophecies to God's people. He never operates in the prophetic until God is ready for him to do so. Elder Walker knows that many people would claim to be prophets, and would have a word, but many give words that don't come to pass, and many give words of prohetic financial blessings, because many people, that is what they want to hear. But Elder Walker only speaks in the prophetic when he knows beyond the shadow of a doubt that God has spoken a direct word. Many prophecies have been spoken through this servant, and he has heard testimonies from people whom he prophesied over, and has seen many himself come to pass.
It was prophesied over Elder Walker that he was to be a Prophet of God, and that he would be no ordinary preacher. It is Elder Walker's will to be in God's will and be used of God for God's glory.
Since becoming a licensed reverend by Central Chapel under the direction of then Pastor Nail, God has called for Elder Walker to take on a greater call, that was to be the District Elder Elect of the All Saints Holiness Church of the Apostolic Faith INC. Since the marriage of Elder Walker and his wife, prophecy was given that the ministry would take place. God doesn't take years to map out a plan on someone's life. When the marriage took place the ministry was born. Together as Husband and Wife the Walker's are doing God's Will, and not that of their own, the ministry is coming forth growing through Elder Walker and his wife. To God be ALL the glory.
